Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Black Star player Safo Gyamfi says the club's victory was enabled by the spiritual preparation of the club.
Kumasi Asante won a close fought match against eternal rivals Accra Hearts of Oak when Micheal Akuffo struck a howitzer into the right hand side of Sammy Adjei's goal in injury time.
Safo Gyamfi says the Phobians had predicted a 1-0 win before the game and thus they also went underground to counter it.
"Hearts said Sunday is a bad luck day for Kotoko,we also decided to go black and white on them to counter them.
