Double world record holder Usain Bolt showed he will be the man to beat as he annihilated the field at the Samsung Diamond league meeting in Bislett,Norway.
Bolt who ran a season's best 9.76sec last week in Rome set the stadium alight with a quick start from the blocks after Mark Lewis Francis of Great Britain was disqualified for a false start.
Bolt was pushed all the way by countryman and fellow world record holder Asafa Powell who ran 9.85.
With the Olympics a month away both athletes will be pleased with the efforts they put in especially Powell who has come under criticism for lacking belief in himself.
He has been usurped by Tyson Gay and now world champion Yohan Blake.
